CED Tunisia is a new and dynamic company which has recently joined and reinforced the CED Group ecosystem. CED Group is a 1,500 people group, which adds value to its clients across Europe in the field of claim management, being in claims notification/assistance, claims management, loss adjustment or repair in kind. CED Tunisia has been created to turbocharge the growth of CED Group. It will consist of a team of IT talent to accelerate our IT change/development capability and an Operations team to support our various European offices and drive operational excellence. The CBC division (Cross-Border Claims) is setting up a centralized shared service centre in Tunis, this is an exciting opportunity to grow a division, delivering more experience in delivery high quality claims
• Become the expert in the CBC claims process and IT system after spending time being trained in Paris office.
• Build efficient and high quality cross border claims processes through working closely with existing European offices to identify processes to be moved to tunis, and defining how the new process will work seperated across the two offices.
• Provide training to team of administrators on cross-border claims, the cross-border claims process at CBC specifically, and the processes you’ve developed and lead them on expertise.
• Perform processes, pro-actively flagging and fixing process issues .
• Leading team of administrators, including helping solve their issues, both through flagging to wider management, and through re-desigining in-office processes.
Exigences de l'emploi
• Cross-border claims expert with 7+ years experience.
• Use of claims handling software.
• MS-Office application experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Fluent command of English and French .
• Mastering another European language (Spanish, German, Dutch, Italian) is an additional asset.
• University degree, preference a University Law degree.
• At least 7 years relevant work experience.
• Experience managing teams.
• Contribute actively to knowledge sharing.
