Job context:
The creation of Marketing and Products department within the Retail Banking Department, requires products Officer specialized in deposits and services products including Digital Banking and Digital marketing, to ensure the best result of our commercial offers.
Education:
Bac + 4 or more, with a specialty in Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics or IT.
Experience:
1 year in the management of DIGITAL marketing.
Key responsibilities:
. Define, devise, and update retail banking products (individuals, professionals, and SMEs) related to deposits and services products, according to the requirements of the marketing mix (product, price, distribution, communication),in cooperation and consultation with the various business managers ( heads of commercial animation, HRB), and with the contribution of other entities at HO (Risks, compliance, IT, legal, etc.)
. Implement operational marketing tools to contact customers and promote products and services offers, via the branch network and other distribution channels (POS, mailing, etc.).
. Evaluate the profitability of each type of product and service.
. Ensure polyvalence with loan product officer.
