Financial & Billing Consultant – Tunis

We are looking for a Financial & Billing Consultant to provide guidance on investment decisions, cash management and day-to-day company expenses also undertake billing operations in our accounting department.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance and/or Accounting degree and relevant work experience as a similar accounting role. You should have a keen eye for detail, also be comfortable working with little supervision to meet tight deadlines. We’ll count on you to issue invoices with a high degree of accuracy to guarantee our revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Assess company’s financial status
• Issue and distribute invoices
• Analyze investment plans
• Process new contracts and sales
• Source and evaluate capital expansion options, including loans and funding
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
• Forecast revenues and costs and report any discrepancies
• Address customer complaints and questions
• Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions
• Assist with customer account reconciliations
• Prepare and present analytical reports
• Manage current and future tax payments
• Monitor financial procedures and ensure compliance with the law
• Provide solutions and set goals to increase profitability
• Review day-to-day transactions to identify areas of improvement

Requirements:

• Proven Experience as a Financial Consultant, Billing Analyst or similar accounting role
• Good knowledge of electronic billing procedures
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and statistical packages
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with databases and SQL is an asset
• BSc/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is preferred
