Start date: ASAPSalary range: 1200 – 1500 Net (depending on experience and qualifications)

At the WSHT we aim to strengthenthe entrepreneurial ecosystem in Tunis by providing a place where different stakeholderscan work, meet, exchange ideas, collaborate and expand their skill-sets.Situated in the heart of downtown Tunis, the 500 m2 space on two floors offers variouscoworking packages, private offices, meeting rooms and an event space. It givesentrepreneurs access to a variety of national and international programmes, and serves as ahub where relevant national and international stakeholders of the startup ecosystem meetand exchange ideas.We are currently looking for an experienced finance associate who can help us grow byorganizing and optimizing or invoicing and financial processes.Responsibilities● Assist our management team to ensure correct and timely invoicing to our members● Setup, maintain and optimize financial administration● Coordinate and liaise with external accountant to ensure correct and timely paymenttaxes and social contributions● Setup and implement accounting software tools● Ensure correct archiving of invoices, contracts and other relevant documents● Petty cash management● Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly financial reporting● Engage with our startup community by responding to inquiries regarding invoices andpayments● Handle financial administration and reporting for donor projects and ensurecompliance with donor requirements● Optimize cost recovery and debit management● Ensure compliance with external financial reporting requirements● Ensure timely and correct payrolling● Assist in procurement and ensure timeline payment of external service providers

Exigences de l'emploi

Experience and Requirements● University degree in Finance, Business or Accountancy or other relevant field● Previous experience handling the financial administration of an NGO or for profitorganization● Experience working in an international environment is a plus● Proficiency in online accounting tools such as Xero is a plus.● Ability to prioritize and attention to details● Strong MS Office skills● Full working proficiency in French and strong English skills is a must● Love challenges and prepared to go the extra mile in order to reach the requiredoutcome.● Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
