Description de l'emploi

The selected candidate will focus on the accounting and administration works and his/her duties will include:

  • Management of drivers and cars including car accident handling
  • Office IT support
  • Office facility management
  • Office supply management
  • Inventory management of purchased equipment and goods
  • Interact with public institutions, such as for legalization of signature and certified copy
  • Communication with local service providers, for example for a reparation of office, with internet provider, telephone company, etc.
  • Support of expats’ life in Tunisia such as communication with the house owner, support of reparation of house, etc.
  • Support of moving of Japanese expats and their family from Tunisia
  • Arranging hotel and car for the visitors
  • Exigences de l'emploi

    • Adjustability to Japanese working style, adherence to policy and rules and regulations, daily routine including punctuality,
    • Fluent in French and English (at least for speaking),
    • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills,
    • Logical thinking and creative problem-solving ability,
    • Excellent oral communication and negotiation skills,
    • Ability for teamwork (collaboration),
    • Good understanding of business, and

    Basic IT skills including basic knowledge of MS Word
