We are looking for 2 candidates to join our team based in Beja.

 

3+ years of experience in digital marketing

 

You will work on all aspects of data and digital marketing topics, including :

 

Digital Marketing:

– Define digital strategy and new business models to help clients grow their business.

– Design innovative digital media campaigns with clients from start to finish (creative, audiences, tooling, live optimization, A/B testing…).

– Redefine the overall marketing performance measurement framework and develop associated KPIs.

– Audit existing digital campaigns and provide optimization recommendations (target audience, campaign format, authorized budget, etc.)

– Define and manage SEO strategies

– Contribute to ongoing strategy development through research and benchmarking

 

Data collection:

 

– Audit data marketing ecosystem tools (Analytics, Tag Management System, AB Testing, personalization, etc.)

– Build tagging plans based on business and marketing needs

– Configure analytics tools (Google Analytics 360, Firebase Analytics, etc.)

– Configure the tag management system (Google Tag Manager, etc.)

– Configure other tools in the customer marketing ecosystem

 

Skills required

 

– Degree in digital marketing, and communications.

– 3+ years of experience in digital marketing

– In-depth knowledge of digital strategy, content management systems, marketing automation and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Tag manager, etc.)

– Proven success and skills in developing and implementing impactful, customer-focused digital marketing campaigns, building audiences and engaging prospects and customers.

– Highly analytical skills with good attention to detail

– Excellent communication and language skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
