CED Group is a European service provider for many insurers, property managers, corporates, and governments. Its business consists of protecting and restoring value for the citizens of all over 14 European countries. 2000+ employees and experts are serving our customers all over Europe. CED Tunisia is a subsidiary of CED Group. It consists of an IT-BI Development center and a Business Process Operations (BPO) team to support our various European offices and drive operational excellence. We employ 110 professionals as of now and going to recruit 20 new positions in the coming 3 months, 5 of them in IT.
Missions :
- Understand the process to be able to troubleshoot efficiently.
- Support and coordinate communication between Finance Key Users and the Dev Team members and vice versa
- Translate functional requests/solutions into technical requests/solutions and vice versa
- Ensure that the ticket layout is compliantExigences de l’emploi
Exigences de l’emploi
- Good understanding of computer systems.
- Knowledgeable in SQL Query Language
- Knowledgeable in Finance/Accounting
- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting skills
- Excellent Communication skills in English Speaking & Writing
- Customer Service skills
