IT PMO – Tunis

Blauwtrust Groep provides high-quality financial services and products to the Dutch mortgage market. The company focuses on consumers as well as brokers and investors. Blauwtrust Groep consists of multiple operating companies – with more than eight hundred employees in total – that operate the entire value chain together, from management and administration for financial institutions, to in-house advisory offices for consumers. 

The PMO-analyst will become part of Blauwtrust Groep’s Infrastructure and Cybersecurity team and reside under the head of this team directly. This team is responsible for Workspace, Servicedesk, Private Cloud, Public Cloud and Cybersecurity and is a full mix between collegues in the Netherlands and Tunis. The teams perform both the day-to-day operations and executes or outsources projects and changes. The PMO-analyst will help the head of this team in tracking changes and projects, prepare reporting and support the team overall in the operations. The PMO-analyst will deal with collegues in the Netherlands and Tunis, but also some suppliers who on occasion execute changes or projects.

The role of the PMO-analyst will:

–  track progress on project and changes

–  signal deviations and issues

–  discuss an analyze deviations and issues with teams

–  prepare reporting

–  overall support to the team

Who are we looking for?

•  Analytical & structured person, with Bachelor or master’s degree in economics, Business or Technical Studies

•  2-3 years professional working experience in accounting, controlling, or consulting

•  Experience as a member in large-scale projects in business environment

•  Preferably certified in project management (such as Prince2 foundation, IPMA D, IPMA PMO, etc)

•  Good writing & speaking in English

•  Good skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
