Description de l’annonce:

Purpose of Role 

 -Ensure the coordination between Sales Team and Operations.

-Support and coordinate into the Supply chain department Key Roles.

Responsibilities 

-Interacts directly with corporate sales department and operation in efficient manner 

-Work with Managers to create and maintain a clear process 

-Participates in continuous improvement events when requested-other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience 

-Previous customer service experience.

-Previous client relationship experience.

-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university.

Business Skills 

– Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.

– Strong written and oral communication skills. 

-Supply chain knowledge 

Managerial Skills: 

– Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

– Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. 

– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

– Ability to work in a team setting. 

IT Skills: 

 – Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office.

– ERP system.

– Sales Forces (secondary skill).

Language Skills: 

– English :Fluent
