Essential Responsibilities:

-• Daily entry of accounting operations

• Preparation of accounting reconciliations

• Preparation of the documents necessary for the declaration

• Assistance with the closing of balance sheets (monthly or annual);

• Ensure the accounting follow-up

• Follow-up of insurance files

• Preparation of the necessary documents for the CNSS and ANETI.

Profile:

·  Degree in accounting from a leading university.

·  0-1 years of experience in accounting.

·  Advanced Excel skills and excellent command of other Microsoft Office tools.

·  Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills.

·  Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.

·  Excellent organizational, multi-tasking & time management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.

·  Good levels of English and French required.
