Job description
1 – استقبال النزلاء عند دخولهم المطعم وتوجيههم إلى الطاولات المخصصة لهم
2 – تقديم القائمة: تقديم قائمة الطعام والمشروبات للنزلاء وتوضيح أي استفسارات حول الأطباق المقدمة
3 – أخذ الطلبات: تسجيل طلبات الطعام والمشروبات بدقة والتأكد من تلبية تفضيلات النزلاء الخاصة
4 – تقديم الطعام والمشروبات: تقديم الأطباق والمشروبات للنزلاء بطريقة احترافية والتأكد من رضاهم عن الخدمة
5 – التنسيق مع المطبخ: نقل الطلبات إلى المطبخ والتأكد من إعداد الأطباق بالشكل المطلوب وفي الوقت المناسب
6 – متابعة النزلاء: التحقق من رضا النزلاء عن الطعام والخدمة، ومعالجة أي مشكلات أو طلبات إضافية
Desired candidate profile
– شهادة تكوين مهني في الإختصاص المطلوب مع خبرة لا تقل عن 3 أشهر
– إجبارية إتقان اللغة الإنقليزية
– الإمتيازات الممنوحة :الأجر 1900 ريال قطري و المنح أو البدائل
السكن : متوفر-
الإجازة : 30 يوم في السنة-

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
