What is the mission?
The Oracle Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow/processing of orders through the National Pen Oracle EBS platform. To perform the requirements of this position the ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Monitoring the Open Orders Dashboard for problem orders in all 3 facilities and fix order stuck in various status(s) .
- Understanding the functions of the scheduled concurrent requests/programs in Oracle that process orders end to end.
- Troubleshoot problems/errors/performance issues reported by users and escalate to Oracle support team as appropriate, this may include reviewing the log files from the Oracle concurrent requests.
- Manage and maintain the various Oracle Lookup Tables creating new tables as necessary and add/removing values from others as applicable
- Answer daily questions/queries from users regarding issues with specific customers, orders, promotion codes, items or processes, support includes all areas including: Contact Centre, Finance, Collections, Vendor, Order Release, Production, Warehouse, Shipping and Marketing.
- Gathering and documenting requirements for new processes/enhancements and bug fixes.
- Log tickets in JIRA for bugs fixes/enhancement and requests.
- Follow-up with Support team for status updates on tickets and coordinate with business owners.
- Run appropriate end-to-end testing as necessary when upgrade/system changes/bug fixes have been implemented in any Oracle form or process and sign off for migration to prod.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven project management skills:
– Requirements gathering/documenting
– User story management
– Test case creation, testing & signoff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong client services delivery mindset
- Attention to detail with the ability to connect individual processes to the big picture
- Ability to work closely and effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in a Marketing, Call Center and/or Manufacturing environment a plus
