HR House International is recruting for one of its clients, a multinational industry operating in the automotive field.
Product Engineering Leader (H/F)
Main missions:
· Realize all R&D activities from phase 3 to 4 vs AS100 by respecting engineering standard
· Analyze all customer data's as well as plant data's in order to precise customer needs and optimize the product definition by direct collaboration with PM & BU
· Cost optimization and participation in the definition of department standard
· Ensure the product robustness by escalating defect observed and propose solution according by taken into account all internal and supplier process contraint
Profile:
· You have over 10 years of experience as a mechanical or equivalent engineer iand over 5 years in a similar position in an automotive industry.
· Ulterior experience in product knowledge and process & CSR
· An advanced English and German level is required
