ERP System Developer administrator Specialist
Job Purpose:
Provide technical support to the ERP Applications and is responsible for the infrastructure, interfaces and all technical components of the software. Provide technical support for various servers, databases, query tools, programming, project management and change control. The technical analyst will also cooperate and work with remote hosting site administrators, software vendors, leaders from various functional areas and other members of the IT division to ensure all technical aspects of the ERP application are properly coordinated and functioning correctly.Work with users and IT members to troubleshoot reported problems pertaining to application software. Identify the cause, design or develop an approach for resolution.
Your Key Challenges are to:
- Perform system configuration, installation ,data migration and testing
- Assign appropriate system access to users at different levels throughout the organization and its partners.
- Design, develop and maintain automated workflow processes.
- Assist the Project Manager with project status control
- Provide Action plans according to specific situations and ensure updates
- Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues
- Develop and maintain reports used by ERP users
- Perform system maintenance according to the maintenance book
- Track IT infrastructure department to warranty a smooth and efficient ERP performance
- Implement ERP Ln and related add-on software
Exigences de l'emploi
Required Profile:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science Management IS or related discipline
- Engineering degree (Computer Science, Software Development, Informations Technology/Security or related discipline)
Required Experience:
- Preferred 2 year as ERP technical analyst within a large complex software environment in a Medium Sized Company
Technical Skills:
IT knowledge, IT security standards (ISO), Software development Envioronements, Application Management lifecycle Process, Operating systems environements, Computing Hardware & Software Plateforms knowledge, Networking Hardware & Software Plateforms knowledge, Cloud Architecture & Environements Knowledge, Virtualization techniques & Environements knowledge, Databases management, Quality standards, Continuous improvement techniques, Analytical and problem solving skills, Organizational skills, Project Management, Risk Management, Change Management.
Language and Software Skills:
MS Office Softwares, ERP applications, SQL.
English is a must.
