• Assists in maintaining robust, reliable, efficient and flexible telecommunication IT systems.
• Meets, in good time, the company’s statutory obligations for systems such as licensing and the Data Protection Act.
• Maintains computing environment by identifying system requirements, installing upgrades, monitoring system performance.
• Keeps systems down time to a minimum and all systems running to the standard appropriate.
• Actively promotes the optimum use of IT and telecommunications capability.
• User Training of IT hardware and software based on IS guidelines.
