A Multinational company based in Sousse region is looking for a technical IT support

Main Responsibility

• Install and configure computer networks and systems

• Identify and solve any problems that arise with computer networks and systems

• consult with clients to specify system requirements and design solutions

• budget for equipment and assembly costs

• assembly new systems

• maintain existing software and hardware

• monitor computer networks and systems to identify how performance can be improved

• work with IT support personnel

• provide network administration and support

Requirements:

• IT Degree

• Knowledge of a range of computer networking systems

• Knowledge of computing and network hardware and equipment

• Excellent communication

• Ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operational problems

• Experience configuring routers and/or switches

Experience with the following applications, operating systems are mandatory:

• Microsoft access

• Citrix

• Microsoft Windows 7, 10 and Windows 2008/20012 Server

• Microsoft Office – All versions

• Routers

• Firewalls

• Switches

• Wireless controllers and access points
