Key responsibilities:
- Analyze issues reported by users.
- Provide functional support and act as functional expert/reference with customer of the platform.
- Identify root cause.
- Propose recovery strategy.
- Propose and specify maintenance and recovery tools .
- Conduct tests.
- Create/maintain the technical documentation
- Ensure solutions are delivered on time.
- Learn from experience and improve quality of current and future application solutions.
- Propose best practices and improvement.
- Train new comers
Exigences de l'emploi
- Bachelor or master degree in IT, degree or knowledge of Accounting is a strong plus.
- Capacity and willingness to understand complex functional flows and processes.
- Good analytical, decision making, and trouble shooting skills.
- Knowledge of the Travel industry is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments (shell, scripting).
- Knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Knowledge/experience of SQL
- Good command of French and English.
- Ability to work and contribute in a team environment.
- Customer and quality focus.
- Proactivity/flexibility.
- Up to 2 years experience.
