Senior Export Sales
Mission :
* Expand the export market by opening new markets
* Analyses export market trends and competitor activity to identify new leads clients
* Prepare effective business plan for all projects to achieve required product volume and profit
* Make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers
* Monitor all sales transactions and review all customer response for all orders and payments and resolve all customer issues
* Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
* Ensure the monthly sales budget is achieved through profitable and sustainable growth
* Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement
* Conducts market research of export clients, competitors in international markets and promote company products in new markets.
* Opening new markets and searching for new clients
* Ensure management and business strategy and optimizes its client portfolio
* Coordinate with the Logistics dep. all export shipments and ensures preparation of all relevant documentation required by the customs.
* Be the focal point between the production and customer ensuring that the information is up to date.
Requirements :
* Customer relations and negotiation skills
* Successful sales track record.
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
* Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
* The ability to adapt to different demands.
* Problem-solving and ability to handling complaints while dealing with unpleasant customers
* Candidates from any industry will be considered however you must have B2B sales experience and a proven background in strategically winning new business
* Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of export laws and regulations
* Minimum of 5 years experiences within manufactory
* Excellent selling skills
* Excellent command of English language
