Description de l'emploi
– Realize all R&D activities from by respecting engineering standard.
– Analyze all customer data’s as well as plant data’s in order to precise customer needs and optimize the product definition by direct collaboration with PM & BU.
– Ensure the product robustness by escalating defect observed and propose solution according by taken into account all internal and supplier process contraint.
– Cost optimisation.
– Participate in the definition of department standard.
Exigences de l'emploi
Engineering degree/ At least 5 years in a similar position and in an automotive industry/ Product knowledge/ Process & CSR knowledge/ Good internal (group) and external (customer) relationship/ Fluent English & German in a plus.
