Description de l'emploi
SME will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation and support of Microsoft Office 365, related solutions and ActiveDirectory/AAD. Typical responsibilities for SME will include Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Azure AD, OneDrive, Microsoft Exchange Server.
You should be able to demonstrate proficiency with the design, implementation and support of Microsoft O365 solutions and exhibit strong project management, change management, documentation and communication skills.

- Manage Office 365 changes and train other team members
- Continuously monitor and report Office 365 utilization and security
- Develop and update internal documentation and configuration items
- Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert on projects and being accountable for the outcome of project
- Implement approved technology changes following our standards and best practices
- Provide hand-off to other service delivery areas
- Identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to improve business processes and productivity
- Provide Tier 2 support and troubleshooting
- Assist in training or create end-users Training documents
- Resolve reactive support request escalated from service desk team
Required Criteria
- Passion for technology with 5 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and project management skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Server and Active Directory
- Knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Windows Server and Office 365 solutions.
- Direct experience with on-premise Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Hybrid deployments
- Experience with PowerShell, PowerShell Workflow and troubleshooting PowerShell ISE
- Implementation of advanced functions of Office 365 Security and Compliance center
