Job Description

The company offers IT cloud solutions and managed services with business added value, where we supervise and manage the B2B and B2C logistics for e-merchant.

We are looking for an enthusiastic “Account Manager” to be part of our young and motivated team based in Tunisia that maintains and supports the solutions related to e-commerce fulfillment services.

The main duties would cover:

Client on-boarding and support

• Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their satisfaction

• Treat in timely manner customer’s requests

• Assist sales and pre-sales with the client onboarding process

• Interact with the development team and project manager to escalate critical issue

• Contribute to the wiki page by documenting issues and solution related to your position

Operations

• ensure a timely fulfillment for client orders against the different fulfillment centers and follow up with warehouses, shipping providers and freight forwarders.

• track and maintain logistic providers KPIs, follow up on enhancement requests to improve the logistic services

• Provide periodic reports on the logistic activity

• Report and track client account issue and own their resolution of the in timely manner

Exigences de l'emploi

Required skills:

• highly organized person with ability to operate under time constraint

• Problem solving ability and good analytical skills.

• Good understanding of the supply chain management: Inventory management, incoterms and multi-modal transportation is a plus.

• E-Commerce knowledge is a major plus.

• Good written/verbal English communication skills is a must.
