Data Collection :
- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
- Building and updating Customer Personas
- Writing Industry related reports
Report on marketing KPIs :
- Tracking leads and conversion rates
- Analyzes page clicks, keyword hits, search engine traffic
- Track Social media reach and engagement rates
- Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
Performance Tracking :
- Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
- Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
- Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
- Recommend website and campaign optimizations
