An international company leader in its field and in full expansion recruits Production Engineer
Tasks :
Ensuring project deadlines are met
Train, supervise, and manage production line workers
Maximize productivity of machinery and workers
Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes
Provides machining manager information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements
Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures.
Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently
Develop and implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantees desired results
Qualification and Experience:
Engineering degree in production or similar field
3+ years proven experience in industrial environment with managerial duties
Ability to effectively lead and direct employees
