Main Role & Responsibilities
- Dealing with support cases or requests via e-mails, phone an online tools
- Managing client issues, requests and enhancements using online tools and processes
- Problem determination, issues’ qualification : perform initial investigation and troubleshooting and provide workarounds to bugs and customer issues
- Providing a high quality service to our customers by complying to our SLAs for response and resolution times
- Assistance on release migrations and patches deployment.
- Create productive relationships with/between key stakeholders
- Represent the Support team with a good communication skills in French (Written and verbal) for a client visit, Visio-conference, phone meeting
- Providing assistance and cover for other team members where required
- Managing interactions with our R&D teams which are responsible of the development of new functionalities
- Ensuring the software configuration and test
Exigences de l'emploi
Required Skills and Work Experience
- Practical experience of Windows and Linux operating systems, Oracle 12c (SQL and PLSQL an experience on performance tuning would be a plus), jboss 7, websphere 8, java 8
- maven 3, Flex 3 (ActionScript), spring/hibernate frameworks
- At least 2 years’ experience in a development (JAVA)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Understanding of software development cycle
- Excellent written and spoken French
Desirable Skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Has experience in a similar environment
- Has an experience on project with international clients
- Basic knowledge in financial Market
