Job Description:
As part of our growth in Tunis, we are looking to hire a Junior JIRA Administrator, who is passionate by JIRA Software and Project Management and would like to have a career in an international company, in the Private Banking sector, within an exciting work environment.
You will be primarily working in a Team for JIRA standard implementation for all Teams in New Access, and the migration from our in-house Ticketing system and the migration from our in-house Timesheeting and Project Management system.
You will also provide Support to our Consultants in the Professional Services (PS) Teams.
You will integrate a highly motivated Technical Team working on providing solutions for the private banking sector in which you will integrate the existing global Technical Team in Tunis and Geneva.
Responsibilities:

JIRA configuration for Development, Support and Consultants Teams (PS):
-
Maintain the global and standard JIRA configuration for the different Development Projects
-
Maintain the specific JIRA configurations
-
Maintain values of fields, all the JIRA configuration to operate JIRA
-
Maintain the global and standard JIRA configuration for all NWA
-
Maintain the Mapping Tempo- time sheeting tools.

Export Timesheet info from Jira and validate with Finance
-
Reporting:
-
Maintain and follow up the delivery of the reports to clients and internal stakeholders
-
Configure, update, adapt the existing reports for other clients, users, etc..

Release Notes production:
-
Help to automatically generate the Release Notes from JIRA

Confluence:
-
Maintain confluence up to date about users, privileges, filters, etc.

Documentation:
-
Maintain up to date the documentation
Position Requirements:
-
Degree in Computer Science (Bac +5) with a successful experience in a similar position.

Experience (2 to 3 years) in the administration of JIRA.

JIRA and confluence (Atalassian) administration knowledge.

Understanding of JIRA workflow, authorization patterns, notifications, screens, …

Ability to maintain and organize JIRA projects

Skills to adapt to a dynamic environment while managing a multitude of projects

Medium SQL Knowledge Mandatory

French and English in writing and oral required

Good ability to identify and solve problems.

Strong sense of communication, organization and time management
