Transactional Agent in English
Overview of Role:
As a Contact Centre Sales Agent or Transactional Agent , you will be responsible for generating sales from existing B2B customers by offering new product deals and pricing.

What you will do:
- Calling existing B2B customers offering deals on new products to the range, advising of special promotions and pricing
- Achieve weekly individual sales targets
- Ensure customers issues are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner
- Maintain up to date knowledge of our products and processes
- Provide excellent customer service and be a key point of contact to our clients
- Build and Maintain deep relationships with our customers
