Project Assistant
Responsibilities:
– Assistance in the organization of activities (e.g. preparation and management of seminars)
– Intervene on all current matters related to the work of the Director of Trade Union and Libyan Projects
– Monitoring the progress of activities in accordance with the financial stipulations of the FES
– Management of financial aspects and support for the preliminary control of invoices received
– Assist the coordinator in the Communication with partners and other social actors
– Coordination with the FES logistics department in order to ensure the efficient management of activities
– Support with ordinary tasks of the office (e.g. correspondence, internal organization, file management)
Required skills:
– Adequate professional training,
– Minimum 1 year of experience required in a relevant position,
– Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English, knowledge of French is desirable
– Good writing skills in Arabic (e-mail, invitations…)
– Good organizational and communication skills
– Be attentive and observant
– Good knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
– General interest in politics and identification with our values
– Be prepared to travel to Libya for the implementation of activities

Commencement date of the employment contract: beginning of February 2020
Type of contract: fixed-term, Tunisian work contract (CDD)
