Activities description:
1. Technical and commercial support by preparation of offers and tenders in international markets
- Technical and commercial analyses of tenders
- Preparation of all requested documentation for quotation
- Follow up of submitted quotations
- Calculation of quotation within the sales team, containing the definition of the required materials (BOM), estimation of the purchasing costs, and all related costs for execution of the individual project.
- Sales activity for achieving the projects.
2. Follow up of client projects until hand-over
- Coordination between purchasing, logistic and supporting department with the client to finalize the projects within time schedule and budget
- Communication with the client
3. Support the Sales Team by full filling the sales strategy within the allocated sales area
- Internal Support of Sales Team by implementation of the sales strategy within the budget given
- Responsibility of achieving intermediate sales targets.
4. Supporting by creating sales associated marketing instruments
- Adduction by creating of marketing instruments
- Usage of the marketing instruments
- Support by analyzing and proposing of corrections of marketing instruments
Job specification:
- Education: Electrical engineer or similar apprenticeship
- General knowledge: MS-Office, English, French, Arabic
- Special knowledge: Knowledge in ERP-Systems
