Job description:
· Assistance of the existing customers in the MENA Region in all After-Sales-related matters
· Market/competitors’ analyses based on collected data
· Preparation of a sales/results planning and potential analyses
· Continuous, independent target/actual comparison and initiation of suitable countermeasures
· Budget responsibility for incoming orders in the MENA Region
· Technical and commercial project negotiation up to conclusion of the contract (closing confidence)
· Further commercial and personnel responsibility for the Service area
· Personnel responsibility for the spare parts business
· Development and implementation of local targets and BMA Group targets in the Service field
· Safeguarding the product development for the After-Sales business
· Further development of the training courses offered for BMA equipment
· Leadership of the sales back office and service teams
Exigences de l'emploi
Qualifications:
· At least 10 years of experience in the After Sales field with sales-related emphasis (B2B)
· Experience in the sugar industry preferred
· Relevant Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and several years of related experience
· Leadership skills preferred
· Arab, French, English (spoken and written)
· Knowledge of international law of contract desirable
· Readiness to travel worldwide
