Description de l'emploi
As a Lifecycle Program Manager, you will lead programs from the pre-series production until the phase-out of the product.
Lifecycle PM Responsibilities:
Program management :
- Creation of project plans in compliance with customer milestones and Marquardt standards.
- Leading regular meetings with the intercompany project teams worldwide.
- Budget planning and controlling.
- Risk management.
- Regular project reporting.
- Evaluation of completed projects (Lessons Learned).
Change Management :
- Introduction and Implementation of new products and variants within Marquardt Engineering process and in coordination with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Supply chain, Purchasing, IE, Sales, Quality..).
- Lead and coordinate production capacity invests to align with customer forecast.
- Lead and coordinate rework activities.
- Business relocation Management
Customer Communication:
- Customer Requirement Specifications analysis.
- Participate in regular meetings with the customer.
- Lead offer phase for new customer inquiries.
- Coordinate troubleshooting related to product, process issues and customer complaints.
Continuous Improvement:
- Lead product cost reduction workshops VA/VE.
- Contribute in the development, optimization of existing products and processes. (Molding, Stamping, Electronic, Mechatronic Assembly)
- Senior technical support of other departments.
- Support of program managers from other Marquardt plants worldwide.
Exigences de l'emploi
Qualifications and skills:
- Mechanical, Electronic, Electro-mechanic or Mechatronic Engineer with at least 5 years professional experience preferably in a mechatronic industry.
- Relevant Experience in leading industrial projects in a multicultural environment.
- Leadership and ability to lead international project teams.
- Benefit focused, Toughness and assertiveness, Work under pressure, handling of resistances and excellent Communication skills are required.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Languages : French Fluent, English Fluent / German language will be an asset.
- Software Tools skills (e.g. SAP, Agile, MS Office….)
