Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Position Type: Permanent
Department: Marketing
Direct Report to: Marketing Manager
Job Purpose:
Regional marketing coordinator will be responsible for performing promotional activities and creating awareness about the product and company. It also involves formulating different promotion strategies and schemes. He/she will be responsible for promoting brand through events and mass attention.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Identifying ways to promote brand through events
• Coordination with different event management companies to establish sales platform
• Performing promotional activities to create awareness in the local market
• Evaluating the impact of awareness and maintaining reports of the impact
• Formulating different schemes to promote products
• Formulating deals for small functions at the restaurants
• Managing marketing collaterals for the restaurants in line with marketing teams
• Overseeing the support for restaurants to enhance the brand value and factors that improves customer satisfaction
• Identifying opportunities to platform the product where awareness can create large impact
• Maintaining relation with different promotion agencies
Job KPI :
• Market share – Market share growth for specific region
• Campaign impact report
• No. of successful events
Skills/Qualifications:
• Degree in marketing or event management related field from an accredited university.
• Knowledge in every aspect of marketing strategy to achieve organizational objectives.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer and requirements.
• Ability to manage external stakeholders
• Proven ability to create, develop, and implement strategic programs and tactics.
•Superior verbal, writing communication skills with highly acquired interpersonal skills.
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
• Flexible and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks at single instance within compressed times.
• Innovative, stress tolerance, decision-making skills.
• Proven knowledge in market and customer research
Experience Year/Area:
• Experience of at least 2 years as a marketing coordinator in QSR/Retail industry
• Experience in promotional/event management will be an added advantage
