Department: Business Support Services

Location: Les Berges du Lac, Tunis, Tunisia

Contract type: Full-time

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry/factory

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting Project Managers in organizing ongoing projects (monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures; ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner; ensuring projects’ quality)
  • Supporting Quality Assurance Officer in analysing and improving organizational processes, as well as quality, productivity and efficiency
  • Providing support with contents integration in tools used for client management
  • Identifying process gaps and provide recommendations
  • Recognizing and implementing potential optimization
  • Supervision over the compliance of projects with the assumptions regarding the quality
  • Substantive supervision over the circulation and archiving of project documentation
  • Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable
  • Following up on compliance of project activities
  • Participation in internal audits

Exigences de l'emploi

REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc degree or MSc degree in pharmacy, medicine, biomedical field or similar
  • 1 -2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry/factory at quality assurance is a must
  • Advanced oral and written English language skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Good work structure/organization
  • Attention to detail (accuracy/precision)
  • Creativity and independence in action
