Key Tasks:
- Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone.
- Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
- Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems.
- Assist in installing or changing software to fix issues.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
- Provide quick resolution and excellent user service.
- Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support.
Exigences de l'emploi
Qualifications:
- A university degree in IT.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a teamwork-oriented spirit and personality, a high degree of integrity and professional responsibility.
- Must have the ability to contribute to an environment where the company values are a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and stakeholders.
- Good in English, French and Arabic
