As a Customer Care Respresentative, you will work at our partner’s brand new premises in CUN delivering world-class customer experience to the brand users.
Communicate through chat, phone, social netowtk and mail
Answer how to questions about payement
Troubleshoot technical & commercial issues
Assist subscribers and customers navigating and using the plateform
Exigences de l'emploi
Requirements:
Native or C1 level of English specially your written skills
Great communication skills
Human and soft skills
Computer knowledge
Work experience in customer care support will be an advantage
