It started with an observation turning into a realization, too many cars on the streets, wasting our limited resources: time, space and money.
We had to question why we depend so much on our cars? and what are the consequent pains of moving around the city? Rush hours, traffic, terrible driving habits and unavailability of parking spots came rushing through our minds in addition to the pain of high cost of on-demand services.
While an affordable decent public commuting solution is not accessible, we thought how can we improve people’s lives? And here Lamma was created, a startup that will change the transportation scene in tunisia, through providing a technology-based alternative to public transportation, a smart solution that solves the transportation equation, leading to helping more commute for less, with ease and comfort.
This is a self autonomous role which will require the necessary skills and experience to perform the following key functions. Key responsibilities will include:

Developing Lamma campaigns

Creating Lamma Strategy – planning, implementing and monitoring the Lamma’s Social Media Strategy across various media channels e.g.. facebook, instagram, Linkedin etc,

Have a key interest and be at the forefront of key activities and events happening in Tunisia, creating a calendar of events, actively participating in events and meetings

Collaborating with the team

Identify key influencers

Monitor, moderate and respond to audience comments

Strategy Planning, understand the big picture, an understanding of how search content and social media all works together. Define your target audience and have a good understanding of what platforms will help you scale your efforts
- Content creator and creative team player

Previous experience in creating a social media campaigns and /or post shareable videos and images (exp. In graphic design/photography is desirable)

Role will require you to be super organised, attention to detail and a good plan on how to maintain day to day accurate execution

A good understanding, and strong communication skills creating, observing and responding to conversation within Lamma brand community. Monitoring tweets, instagram, responding to Facebook posts and engaging with brand advocates

An understanding of how social media delivers and amplifies content from the Lamma brand and the community. Know what content works and what doesn’t on social networks. Understanding different media formats such as text (articles), video, images and podcasts resonate with Lamma’s niche

Have a flair for creative, ability to understand the creative process that provides creative content that engages with Lamma Strong writing skills, ability to write strong engaging introductions

Be on top of the latest digital marketing trends on mobile, facebook, instagram

Leadership and communication: the ability to communicate and motivate other team members effectively
