Main Responsibilities :

  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements..
  • Organize, plan and coordinate meetings, including agendas, meeting rooms, and other details as needed
  • Prepare and process various documents, including memos, letters, meeting minutes,reports, etc.
  • Arrange and organize visitors and staff trips (tickets, hotel accommodation, transportation, dinners, etc.).
  • Communicate and liaise with , visitors and internal team members to enable organizational operations

Exigences de l'emploi

  • Minimum 5 years professional administrative experience
  • University level administration certificate or higher
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Customer-service mindset
  • Fluent English writing and verbal skills
  • Ability to be flexible / adaptable
