Description de l'emploi
Main Responsibilities :
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements..
- Organize, plan and coordinate meetings, including agendas, meeting rooms, and other details as needed
- Prepare and process various documents, including memos, letters, meeting minutes,reports, etc.
- Arrange and organize visitors and staff trips (tickets, hotel accommodation, transportation, dinners, etc.).
- Communicate and liaise with , visitors and internal team members to enable organizational operations
Exigences de l'emploi
- Minimum 5 years professional administrative experience
- University level administration certificate or higher
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Customer-service mindset
- Fluent English writing and verbal skills
- Ability to be flexible / adaptable
