We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst, who will be creating magic with numbers, helping the employee technology team to continuously improve our services by providing insightful analytics and KPI performance dashboards.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Coordinates scheduling, forecasting and provide support to the leadership team for scheduling.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to provide daily/weekly/monthly reporting and statistical analysis to ensure that they have the necessary information to make the appropriate business decisions.
  • Work closely and partner with the leadership team to ensure KPI analysis to develop initiatives based on trends and proactively make suggestions for the team to test.
  • Interact with other teams to communicate trends and customer feedback to facilitate resolution.
  • Process ad-hoc requests for data that is not readily available in existing reports

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Education:

 

  • Associates degree in Information Technology B.S./in Computer Science, Information Systems

      Experience and Skills requirements:

  • 2+ year of progressive experience in IT workforce management and/or business planning
  • Hands-on experience with data correlation and analytics tools such as looker and snowflake
  • Experience in a technical support environment and Service Desk/ Helpdesk is preferred
  • The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, PowerPoint, and have the ability to create presentations. Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Excel and powerpoint presentations.
  • Good English level (Good verbal and written communication skills)
  • Excels in problem-solving, troubleshooting by approaching everything with an analytical mindset and have an eye for details
  • Good data presentation skills, with the ability to convert complex data into simple logical stories
  • Ability to perform analysis on metrics and understand multiple types of client environments.
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to follow verbal and documented instructions
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability
  • Ability to document procedures: Document issues, analysis, progress, solution in the ticketing system
  • The ability to prioritize work; work well independently and work well with others in a team environment
  • Ability to react quickly in an ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to develop templates; technical documentation standards; and other related repositories and structures required
