We believe that entrepreneurship plays a key role in a country’s economic development and can be a main driver of job creation and income growth. At the WSHT we aim to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Tunis by providing a place where different stakeholders can work, meet, exchange ideas, collaborate and expand their skill-sets.
Situated in the heart of downtown Tunis, the 500 m2 space on two floors offers various coworking packages, private offices, meeting rooms and an event space. It gives entrepreneurs access to a variety of national and international programmes, and serves as a hub where relevant national and international stakeholders of the startup ecosystem meet and exchange ideas.
We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated marketing manager to help us grow, build an unique startup community and become the go to place for startups.

Responsibilities
- On boarding of new community members
- Community building
- Organize and host community events and workshops
- Define and implement social media strategy of WSHT
- Create content for social media channels
- Work on branding of WSHT
- Establish the WSHT as important stakeholder within the startup ecosystem
- Identifying and implementing online and offline marketing measures
- Identify and approach target group of potential customers
- Generate sales leads for co-working and event space
- Propose, build and implement partnerships with corporates, NGOs and state agents
- Liaise and cooperate with other hubs and relevant stakeholders in the startup ecosystem
- Create and distribute promotional material such as flyers and brochures
- Support general manager in reaching sales targets by conducting sales conversations and carrying out sales supporting activities.
Exigences de l'emploi
Experience and Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other relevant area.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience working in the Tunisian startup ecosystem is a plus.
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong Photoshop skills
- Full working proficiency in French and strong English skills is a must
- A self starter, with strong networking skills.
- Love challenges and prepared to go the extra mile in order to reach the required outcome.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
