Job Description
You will lead the Communication Team , reporting to the Digital Communications Manager, with the following assignments:
• Implementing the social media strategy across online platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Google+)
• Defining and creating contents consistently with the social media strategy, also checking in with the rest of the team for announcements to publish
• Implementing a publication schedule for our different channels
• Managing the interactions and engaging with the community across our social platforms
• Answering to our members questions on social networks
• Identifying and cultivating our loyal “defenders”
• Benchmarking the digital presence of competitors and relevant players
• Analyzing conversations and social media performances for creating relevant reports
• Providing relevant insights and useful ideas aimed at constantly improving our social media presence
• Managing contests and special initiatives to engage with the online community and spread LAMMA Love

Exigences de l'emploi
Qualifications
• Degree in Communications, Marketing or similar programs
• Passionate about community, gatherings and social media
• Passionate about ridesharing
• Excellent writing skills and passion for storytelling
• Knowledge of key social media trends
• Analytical mindset and/or basic knowledge of graphic design (eg.: Photoshop) are a plus
• A similar previous experience in social media and content marketing is a plus
