We are looking for a Solution Architect who will be in charge of the architecture of projects and solutions proposed/sold to customers from the pre-sales step to the final deployment.You will facilitate design solutionning phase, you will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture of digital TV on the operator. This includes embedded middleware, the security, the user interface, the back-end…You will be involved in product specifications developed in the R&D department and you will be the warrantor of global susbstainable and profitable software architecture for the customer.You will report to the Project Director (team of 40/60 employees) and you will work simultaneously for one or two customer accounts.In relation with the Project Director, Project leaders, and product managers, you will be responsible for customers’ satisfaction with a final objective of project profitability and the Wyplay’s intellectual property development.
Exigences de l'emploi
You have a career path in Digital TV and you have a good knowledge of global digital tv systems.Experience of Software architect (or system architect) is requiredYou must know how to convey your ideas in a spirit of added value and consensus.You are a good technical negociator.You are open to regulars business trips and you have excellent communication skills with customers, development teams, marketing & sales.You know different steps of project completion, you have a global technical vision of projects.You are software engineering expert and already did like implementation & integration in open embedded RDK, extend DVB common interface to DVB on different platforms.You are also experience in set-up boxes software development. Familiar with the DVB and Audio/video standards, access control and HDR terms.English (regular contacts with customers)Good communicationCapacity of abstract thinking, consensus building, decision makingAble to resolve complex problemsAutonomy in solutions searching and applicationActivities like: implementation & integration Systems in open embedded RDK,Many trips and professionals stays will be necessaryKnowledge of digital television fields: androïd, RDK, STB, Agile & ScrumC/C++, SVN, GITSet-top boxes, linuxTV, Android TV,…
