Mint IT is seeking a talented IT Recruiter who will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions. This is a full-time permanent position with option to be based out of Mint-IT’s unique app development company in Tunisia.
WHAT WE DO
- We aim to conquer great goals as an established and growing Mobile and Digital Development company. We offer a variety of services in mobile and industry 4.0 solutions; web design and reliable customer support.
- We conceptualize apps with delicacy, we design them with considerable attention to details, from within and from without. Our apps mirror our visions for futurist technology.
- We collaborate with strong and successful team to help shape aspects of our apps user experience at the micro and macro level.
- We produce and maintain relevant UI assets.
- We engage in diversity and inclusion strategy, aiming for a unified and complimentary user experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
- Compose job offer letters
- Onboard new hires
- Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recuiter
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
EXTRAS
Please note that these are desirable skills and are not required to apply for the position :
3+ years of successful experience in Customer Relationship, Sales, HR, IT, Marketing or other departments
