Description de l'emploi
Role Responsibilities :
- Business and Functional analysis, liaising closely with expert users and IT functions.
- Investigation, analysis and validation of user request and clearly communicate business requirements
- Clear mapping for the processes and translate them into concrete improvement proposals.
- Build and maintenance a strong open relationship with stakeholders of different levels.
- Interaction with them to gather detailed requirements and problem definition.
- Maintenance of test scenarios and executing functional tests after software delivery by the vendor
- Coordination / assistance with set up of test plans with the super-user
- Support release to production of applications and intervene sometimes as 3rd line support when problems occur to maintain the overall user satisfaction
Exigences de l'emploi
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years business analysis experience (requirements, use cases, UML, BPMN,etc).
- Experience and knowledge of testing.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Previous Aviation experience is a plus.
- Able to take ownership and work without supervision.
- Good communication skills and interaction with user community.
- Team player who knows how to cooperate with others to achieve the targets.
- Be able to work as part of a cross-functional and cross-cultural team
