Internationally recognized today, Wyplay (www.wyplay.com) is a young company created in 2006 with more than 100 employees.Wyplay is a worldwide leader in software solutions for TV operators and creator of connected boxes, notably for Canal, DTV, Sky, Telefonica, free…RESPONSIBILITY / TASK:Under the supervision of the project Director, you participate actively in Wyplay’s product development and play a key role in the success of projects.

Objectives:

Steer and report the progress of software development and its integration in STB’s operators, in constrained (costs and planning) context.

Coordination:

The Project Leader coordinates all activities of a multi-skilled project team with no hierarchical link with its members.The Project Leader coordinates all activities of a multi-skilled project team with no hierarchical link with its members (R&D team, implicated industrials in theproject: Chipsets/processors or STB’s manufacturers, subcontractors..).You are in interface with external partners (technical customer’s teams, chipset manufactor, subcontractors) and internal partners (program managers, productowners, the others project teams, test & validation team..)

Methodology / Organization:You stand guarantor for the application development process (agile practices Wyplay + development rules) and outcome.For all project meetings (release / sprint planning meeting, daily, magazine, retrospective …), you ensure the prerequisites, you plan, prepare and inviteparticipants, you animate and make it easier to obtain the expected deliveries.Overall, you are source of proposals about tools and process, customer relation, organization, people management …You know how to manage your time based on priorities.COMMUNICATION :You know how to anticipate difficulties and find the right person to solve it. You master different forms of reporting (written, spoken, regular or occasional) andcommunicate to the management problematics in right time Finally, you promote the sharing of skills and collaborative practices within the team.You maintain a cohesive and dynamic team project.
