Overview of Role:

 The Facilities managers will be responsible for the security, maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organisation and its employees.

He/She will essentially looks after all the services that help a business or other organization to do its work

What you will do:

  • Building Management & Maintenance
  • Security Standards & Procedures (Physical security, Building security, health and environment safety)
  • Office Services (Admin services, Transport, Canteen, Cleaning)
  • Purchasing (RFQ, Purchase Requests, Purchase orders, Delivery, Invoices check)
  • Stock management
  • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff.
  • Preparing and updating all process documents related to the Facilities Department.
  • Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, environmental, health and security standards
  • Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
  • Drafting reports and making written recommendations

Exigences de l'emploi

What we need from you:

  • + 08 years office experience Management and technical.
  • Management, Civil engineering
  • Must work well in a team environment, be highly motivated and willing to learn new skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Highly approachable with a warm personality
  • Able to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill.
