Description de l'emploi
The Junior Labor Manager is responsible for the management of employees in the Greenhouse, working along in the production and supporting the Labor manager in his duties and replacing him during his absence.
This position holder works also at the workfloor to do and check productive work and also supports the labor manager. Supporting activities are: organizing and supervising the work according to the schedule of the Labor Manager. Efficient performance of the activities in which the quality is guaranteed and cost objectives will be met, will herby be ensured.
The junior Labor Manager leads the employees assigned to him/her, and receives guidance from the Labor Manager. The Junior Manager is managed by the operational director who gives advise and controls integrally.
