Job description:
Working closely with the users and the global business analyst and development team, you will take in charge the development request analysis, deployment and training and follow their implementation. You will also be responsible for maintenance, level 2 support and user training.
- Engage with the Financial Advisors in Paris and become a trusted partner
- Understand how Financial Advisors work, what makes them effective and identify ways that technology can help.
- Receive, Analyze and understand business requests and translate requirements into technology solutions and specifications
- Help choose the right solution with the technical leaders of our New York team
- Monitor and plan the implementation of the solution for the Paris Financial Advisors
- Develop end to end test cases
- Follow security rules specific to a bank environment with help from our security teams
- Troubleshoot production issues
- Gather and evaluate user feedback
- Create documentation for reference and reporting
You will join a small team where your initiatives will be greatly appreciated to improve the team efficiency. Business trips to London and New York and other European offices will be part of the job.
