Exigences de l'emploi
Your profile
- You have sound knowledge of recruiting and active sourcing, ideally with a focus on IT.
- You are familiar with modern recruiting and sourcing methods.
- You read and understand IT experts’ profiles and have a good feeling for the next step of your candidate.
- You speak German and speak and write English at a very high level.
Your tasks:
- You get in contact with universities and computer science professors.
- Your enthusiasm for technologies is contagious: you talk to software developers and IT architects at eye level and never lose sight of the Candidate’s Experience.
- You independently manage the entire selection process – carrying responsibility for your work results.
- You organize the interviews getting to know each other in our office.
- You like to develop our continuing education program.
