You will be responsible for managing delivery of our learning & talent development strategy and drive the improvement of performance across the organization through developing and embedding a technical and behavioral competency framework, to form the basis for staff development.
Exigences de l'emploi
The role is split into 25% L&D strategy, 40% Performance Management & 35% L&D delivery. Key accountabilities include:
- Working with the General Director and the onsite HR Team, to develop & deliver a 3 year performance and development strategy for staff in our Tunis manufacturing facility, ensuring alignment with the overall HR and organisational strategy.
- Contribute to the overall HR strategic cultural change programme to create and embed a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to shaping organisational approaches for talent management.
- Develop robust performance management processes and policies, including code of conduct, performance review and capability / dismissal procedures.
- Partnering with line managers to ensure line managers are trained and supported to consistently apply our policies and processes in accordance with local legislation.
- Partner with line managers to ensure each role / function has clear roles, responsibilities and performance standards are defined and well communicated.
- Undertake training needs analysis of the site and individuals, based on organisational monitoring & evaluations, and Performance Development Reviews (PDRs)
- Shape development pathways for high potential employees and build local site leadership development programme.
- Design and champion onsite initiatives / workshops to upskill line managers in developing knowledge of performance management, including planning and evaluation, development and career succession planning.
- Up skill and coach managers on general HR best practice and policies and procedures
- Prepare internal, and course evaluation reports and longer term impact assessments, to ensure quality delivery, demonstrable outcomes, and that provision meets strategic requirements
- Ensure that all learning and development administration is carried out effectively and efficiently ensuring a professional and responsive profile with attendees.

The ideal candidate will already be working as an HR Specialist, with a proven track record in one or more of the areas mentioned above, a sound understanding of international HR best practices, together with an open mind for innovation, while being focused on delivering practical solutions. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable providing advice to management and personnel on HR issues, and acting as an HR business partner, as well as coordinating the development and roll out of global HR programmes.
