ARTUS is recruiting a maintenance planner for our client in Sfax
Candidates will be mainly required to:
- Generate, review and provide feedback on detailed technical assessment reports for the optimisation and modification of new and existing systems, including recommendations for remedial and long-term action plans, prior communication to senior management.
- Support to maintain, follow and ensure the implementation of mechanical related key procedures, guidelines and plans.
- Respond quickly to challenging and varying static and rotating systems situations in response to the needs of the Operations / Production Functions.
- Ensure timely delivery of the mechanical Engineering scope.
- Investigate the application of new technologies
- Design and manage implementation of the plant modifications as per standards.
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity, trust and adherence to the company HSSE requirements. HSSE responsibility shall include, but not limited to the following:
– To be proactive in obtaining HSSE information applicable to the role from the lead Mechanical Engineer, and HSSE advisors.
– Maintaining personal competencies applicable to position.
– Compliance Incident Reporting Procedures.
– Contribution to society Safety Awareness improvement schemes.
– To be fully responsible for own Safety, and not to endanger others.
– To comply fully with society Environmental policy, and contribute to minimising any environmental impact from your daily activities.
– To comply fully with the society security procedures.
Exigences de l'emploi
- Mechanical Engineering degree
- working mechanical engineering experience in an oil/gas or petrochemical process plant
- Practical knowledge of mechanical Technical Standards and Codes.
- Interface with discipline specific contractors to support delivery of technical requirements including participation in negotiations
- Ability to make effective decisions and solves problems within his/her sphere of influence taking into account any information available.
- Fluency in English, Arabic and French – written and spoken
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
