It consists of an IT Dev center and an Operations team to support our various European offices and drive operational excellence.Today we are 30 software developers. In this context,we are looking for a passionate and experienced technical lead to take a key role at our CED Tunisia mobile team. The team is responsible for mobile apps of CED Group and its clients. As a technical lead you will be responsible for the design and development of diverse and complex features by leading a team of talented engineers.
You will collaborate with the Head office teams on a regular basis and will have the opportunity to challenge yourself and grow in our R&D site.
Responsibilities:
- Build and mentor an experienced team, set and maintain high standards of execution in the team.
- Work closely with product management, in order to design and implement a cutting edge product.
- Collaborate with many teams and technologies while understanding our products from both a technical and business perspective.
Exigences de l'emploi
- At least 5+ years as a hands-on software engineer.
- 3+ years of experience in Front End web development technologies (Angular ,Ionic ).
- Ability to design and develop complex components, dealing with advanced architectural issues
- Experience with leading a team and big projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, verbal and written skills in English. Highly Recommended:
- Deep knowledge in hybrid mobile development (Ionic, React…)
- Knowledge of web and mobile technologies (WebRTC, JavaScript…)
